       Growing up in a Latino house with so much Spanish food and customs, my brothers and I never had the idea of being vegans. WE'RE HISPANICS!!!

We eat meat, fish, chicken maybe not all types of animals but we definitely do eat a lot. The best part about it is that we don't set upon on not being 

vegans.

In my opinion I believe parents that want to raise their kids as vegans at a young age should wait until they are old enough to comprehend why they 

want or should  become vegans, it should be a personal choice. It shouldn't be forced into you. The problem now a days is that every one thinks that 

being a vegan or at least a vegetarian you're going to be healthier than people that use or consume animal products.

Creating this episode I felt it would help people a lot of understanding the anxiety attacks people get. One may not ever experience this event in their life but it is very helpful for one to know in case one comes across with someone that does. In the episode, I randomly start talking if anyone ever washes their bottom part of their bodies. As in their knee caps, shins, calf, their feet and toes!

In this episode, I talk about my thoughts, opinion and some information I know with reference to the Covid-19 pandemic. I know everyone is going through a rough patch with everything going on and honestly I send all my regards to each and every single person out there. To the people that are not infected, to the extraordinary people that are working on the line and risk themselves to protect other civilians; Police officers, doctors, nurses, EMT's, firefighters, etc. I send all my prayers and regards to everyone, please stay safe and help to prevent this virus from spreading.
