The NFL has restrictions on what each position can wear, but a single man a few years back got the NFL to make an edit to that policy.

Reflections:
This last rule was the smoothest one to make by far, as over the last few weeks I was able to refine my process of gathering sources and applying material into my draft to a well oiled machine. I used my critical reading skills to locate what I felt was good sources for my episode. -
Rooney Rule
While this rule may not be super excited, it is a important part of diversity not just in the NFL but in other places.

Reflections:
This episode was different then all the other ones as I mainly focused on the rule itself rather then look into a single person alongside the rule. Because it was different I learned how to modify my composing process to allow for different types of subjects. So now I have a better understand of how to make a composing process work for a variety of different subjects, and possibly even different mediums. -
Sticky Fingers
How good could you be if you put glue on your hands? How much glue would be to much? Why is a foreign substances such as stickum banned in the NFL

Reflection:
In this episode I was able to improve on my Rhetoric Knowledge and when to change my tone of voice based on if I was reading a quote or side piece of information. I was also able to understand more about how to start a new segment, almost like I'm starting a new paragraph. -
What Happens When A Basketball Player Joins The NFL
Goaltending is Illegal in the NFl, but why would they outlaw it? Who could've been tall enough to even try and block it?

Reflection:
For this episode I had to really work with my composing process to make this episode work. I had to revise my draft multiple times until I felt that my draft was good enough to record it. After I finished this episode I looked back at making this episode and looked for how I can make my first rough draft better and more complete. -
Ripping Their Head Off
The NFL has a rule the prohibits players from tackling one another by grabbing their facemask. A successful player in the past used to tackle players this why, who is he and how did he make the NFL create rules to better the safety of all players?

Reflection:
While creating this second episode I was able to hone in on my ability to structure each segment of the episode. I had a better idea on how to break up the episode to transition from one topic to another. In this episode I went very deep into my sources and found extra material that I found to be quite interesting -

Description-
Tear away jerseys were used by a player named Greg Pruitt. He used them for a few years before the NFL outlawed them, but by then he had grown tired of them. In this episode I look at Greg Pruitt's football career and his take on the tear away jersey.

Reflection-
This was the first real podcast episode that I have ever made, and it did bring a bit of a challenge. I was unfamiliar with what would work the best and how to produce a solid product. Through making this episode I was able to develop a method that would help my composing process and make my products not only good, but quicker to obtain. I used my Rhetoric knowledge to change my tone of voice depending on if I was asking a question or trying to emphasize a specific piece of information.
