Have you heard it said that 2020 feels like it’s been a decade? It feels like that to me!!

I’m releasing an “Hearbeat” today that is all about healing your relationship with time (and control and efficiency).

The Greeks had two words for time, Kairos & Chronos- the space of timelessness and flow, and the space of linear, chronological time.

Today’s process is meant to support you in clearing outdated patterns around time, feeling like a slave to time, or feeling controlled by other people through how you “spend your time.”

It’s a good space to create some powerful shifts about how you create containers of time - which is just “life” - through choosing powerfully who you are as we move into the New Year.  It could change how you build containers to create with and help you claim that: “My time is my own.”

I have recorded a Prayer for Anxiety for you to use when you or others are suffering with anxiety, panic, or fear. I woke up with a lot of anxiety in the middle of the night, and was reminded how powerful prayer can be in these times.

This prayer is meant to help you come into the temple of your own heart and calm down your nervous system, or can be used to pray for others who are suffering.
