I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sick of all the post about how to optimize your time while you're quarantined, but it's also hard to talk about anything else because it's playing such a huge role in our lives! 

This episode is different, it's just me talking to my best friend, Hazel Vaughan,  about how we've been impacted by the coronavirus, the similarities and differences between what is going on in the US and in Australia, and how your perspective will make a difference in how you are experiences this wild time. 

Outside of discussing the impact the virus is having on us, we talk about our favorite things to stream, easy ways to connect with your friends, and how to practice gratitude- always applicable, not just in times of turmoil :).
