    Self-compassion is NOT letting yourself off the hook, nor is it selfish!



    It's one of the keys components to improving confidence and building self-worth.

    She lived in a commune, one of 11 children who felt they were not accepted or loved by their own father!



    Irene became a teacher who had a special gift for
    being able to see in children and young teens their strengths rather than their weaknesses.
