    He has just finished Rowing Across the Atlantic Ocean. 2 hours rowing, 2 hours resting, 24 hours a day for 2 months. 
    All while fundraising for male mental health with HUMEN an amazing initiative. https://www.wearehumen.org 

    But that suits his motto: onestep4ward: Dream Big. Travel Far. Live Full.  
    His story is extraordinary and worth the listen, but a very limited breakdown:  He Left Ireland in 2006 broke, taught English in Thailand and Korea.

    The complexities of calories in Vs. calories out. (CICO)

    How and why we should end the debates yet validate the complexity of our bodies.

    We start by finding common ground (start to the 20-minute mark) and dig into the complexities but remove the oversimplification of our body to simplify our mindset.

    At the 20-40 minute mark, we talk about common dilemmas people face with those complexities (PCOS, Thyroid issues or age) and how CICO can be viewed as still the primary focus.
