Self Love Anchoring Exercise - For Beginners ♡
Anchoring is a technique used for neuro programming and association. It sounds fancy and before I started doing them, I was intimidated and unsure if it was for me. As I have taken a deep dive into the world of guided meditations, shamanic journeying, self led visualization meditations and working with experienced leaders in these practices, I have come to really value and appreciate anchoring exercises as a powerful tool for reprogramming my thought patterns around certain beliefs and systems in my life. I recently came into a self-led anchoring exercise in self love, and through this I have felt a strong push to share this and record it specifically for those who are beginners and might just need to feel like they're with a friend, because I'm just a normal person, not a guru or healer. I believe that when our heart of hearts is calling us to do something rooted in service and love, we do a disservice to ourselves and everyone around us by not answering that call. So, if you have been feeling that you need a little something extra, something tactical to start using regularly to reprogram the self doubt and self deprecation into unconditional self love... maybe it will help you to give this a try!
