First episode of the new season is here and I am joined by a good friend of mine, James Anderson. James is a Personal Trainer and Entrepreneur out of Akron, OH.
In this episode James takes us through his journey from broken and hopeless, being an active drug addict and convicted felon, to personal trainer, entrepreneur, and “challenger of limits”. James has a long list of accomplishments already but he continues to strive for bigger and better things, always challenging himself to overcome any obstacle he faces and conquer any goal he sets. He takes us through the paradigm shift that made him want to pursue a different life and the mindset that allows him to continue striving for more. There is an amazing message to be heard here and I'm so excited to be able to share it with you all.

Breaking Generational Beliefs
Which of your beliefs are wholly, truly yours? Where did they come from? Have you ever questioned them? Do they make sense to you?
See, a lot of people think questioning beliefs will deminish faith in their truth. I see it differently. If we question our beliefs (where they came from, why we have them and why we stand so firmly on them, whether or not they have any merit and make sense to us, etc.) we have the opportunity to strengthen the ones that are truly ours and develop our convictions further and become more steadfast than ever before. If we don't question them internally, what will happen when they are challenged externally?
So many of us live a life based on beliefs and dreams that aren't even ours. What I am offering is a discussion on how we can begin taking a look at those belief systems in our own life, challenge them, and find out which ones are ours and which ones are prohibiting us from fulfilling our own dreams while living as our authentic selves.
Join me as we dive deep into this topic and begin to open up doors you may not have even known existed. -

Accepting Stress Vs. Managing or Reducing Stress
In this episode I briefly discuss how stress can negatively affect us. The main point I reach is how so many of us just accept our stressful lives, don't change anything about it, but assume that since we are "used" to it that it is fine. I dive into how even though we are used to it doesn't mean it doesn't exist and even more so how it still can be detrimental to our physical and mental wellness. Why stress management and reduction practices are so important.

Most people that give up do so because they aren't seeing the instant, drastic results they want from whatever positive change they were trying to make. However, just because something isn't visibly changing on the outside doesn't mean there isn't anything changing on the inside.
