S6 E6 - Loving Your Parts
Usually we try to avoid, numb or at the very least ignore our shame, guilt, and inner critic.
If we avoid, numb or ignore for long enough - it will go away, right?
What if you, in your own time, acknowledged these parts of you, and listened to what they have to say.
Asking question's such as "What experience made you this way?" "Why do you continue to be this part?" "What would you be if you were not this part?".
You may be surpised at the parts responses.
In today's episode I am sharing a book that has been life changing for me, and is completely revolutional in how you connect with yourself.
Enjoy,
Lisa

S6 E4 - Making Adult Friends
Ah, the awkward experience of making an adult friend, and all the questioning that comes along the way....
In today's episode we get down to the nuts and bolts of it.
Today we get curious on:
Understanding what goes into a genuine connectionVulnerabilityExploring learned patterns from childhoodSharing, and setting boundaries on oversharingHow to stop people pleasing in friendshipsI honestly feel like all of the points above would make for great individual episodes, and we may very well revisit one or two later in the season - let me know what you think.
It is my hope with this episode that you walk away understanding yourself more, as well as feeling confident and empowered to open to yourself to making new, authentic connections. -
S6 E3 - Trusting Yourself
Take yourself out for a long walk with this one!
60 min solo episode on trusting yourself - and I have some tea to spill....
I am sitting here trying to think of a clever way to put into a few short sentences the areas of which we cover in todays ep - but it feels way too hard because it was incredibly diverse.
If the title screamed out at you, press play and come along for the ride.
