Yago is a professor of Crisis communications at IESE business school. After his graduation in Law and his Ph.D. in Philosophy, Yago de la Cierva has dedicated all his professional life to the four branches of communications: journalism (he founded and directed the international TV news agency ROMEreports), corporate communication, university teaching and as a crisis consultant, with particular emphasis in universities and educational institutions.

Shared Realities w/ Prof Maya Rossignac-Milon
Today we delve more into psychology to understand how and why people click, and what you can do about it.
Maya Rossignac-Milon is an Assistant Professor in the Managing People in Organizations Department. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from McGill University. Prior to joining IESE, she was a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in the Management Division at Columbia Business School.
Maya’s research examines the underpinnings and consequences of social connections in personal and professional life.

Cultural Communications w/ Prof Yih-Teen Lee
Today we discuss the flow and frictions associated with communicating across cultural barriers with Professor Yih-Teen Lee. Yih-Teen is a Professor in the Department of Managing People in Organizations at IESE Business School. He specializes in leadership, fit and cultural bridging in his roles as educator, researcher, and consultant.
We focus on his research following identities, specifically how new generations are coping with having different personalities due to migration.
