Skip these four common goal setting mistakes and set ones that stick Flourish

We’ve been covering some pretty high level concepts so far on the podcast, but today’s episode is much more tactical. Before we get into it, go ahead and download the values discovery and goal setting worksheet that goes along with it.

But you also probably recognize that the way that you’ve set goals in the past hasn’t been fruitful as you find yourself recycling the same goals every year… usually in January. And so by the time April, May, or June rolls around, you’re not even thinking about the goals you set at the new year.
