005: Skip these 4 common goal setting mistakes & set ones that stick Nutritional Freedom

We’ve been covering some pretty high level concepts so far on the podcast, but today’s episode is much more tactical. Before we get into it, go ahead and download the values discovery and goal setting worksheet that goes along with it.
If you’re here, you probably want MORE out of life. More health. More confidence. A bigger and better life overall. If that’s you, then you’re what we call an Active Participant in your own life and we love that about you.
BUT…. You also probably recognize that the way that you’ve set goals in the past hasn’t been fruitful, as you find yourself recycling the same goals every year… Usually in January. And so by the time April, May, or June roll around, you’re not even thinking about the goals you set at the new year.
In today’s episode, we cover the four most common goal setting mistakes:
You don’t know your values, so you set goals with shallow roots.You focus only on outcome goals, forgetting about the behavior goals required to get there.You don’t create a system for checking in and evaluating progress.Or you don’t set goals at all, simply failing yourself ahead of time!And, of course, we teach you our goal setting process to overcome these missteps.
