Looking For Love In All The Wrong Places with guest, Florian Martinon

Looking For Love In All The Wrong Places with guest, Florian Martinon

    Episode 165

Join me today with my guest, Florian Martinon, founder of Communication Flow, as he shares a bit about his childhood environment that skewed his view on love. With a father working all the time and a mother struggling with depression, missing the man she married, Florian grew up with a model of relationships that was confusing at best.

After being in a toxic relationship, culminating in being strangled, Florian became curious about how he got here and what was happening in his life. During thus
event he stepped out of his concern and focused on hers. This was his first step in becoming curious and observe what life has to offer.

Florian realizes his parents did their best with limited knowledge, there is no blame, ut just is. He took a deep dive into intense studies of emotional intelligence
to understand triggers from lack of love, accepting all feelings while questioning beliefs through deep self-reflection.

Being unconditionally loved was his struggle.

Now, Florian advocates curiosity, avoiding problems/mistakes labels, offering perspectives not opinions or advice, expressing intentions over expectations, and adapting conversations based on understanding others' realities.

The Gift Of Synesthesia with guest, Heather Eck

The Gift Of Synesthesia with guest, Heather Eck

    Episode 164

In today’s episode I get to share the story of Heather Eck founder of Heather Eck Artist, LLC, HR Rep who poured her heart into her art while making major life changes to follow her passion.

Heather shares her neurodiversity of seeing colors and shapes and growing up not knowing other people did not also see the world this way. She followed the path expected of her and, although she was doing well, she knew something important was missing.

Heather discovered her art was not only unusual but was healing for those she painted for. She knew she wanted to explore this gift further and follow a path of healing through her art.

Join me and hear her amazing story of turning her life around.

HEATHER ECK is a multimedia abstract artist and writer. An intuitive artist and painter, Heather interprets people, places, and experiences through color, a condition known as synesthesia. Like an enormous box of crayons, her gift operates by categorizing through intricate but
specific shades of color.  While this condition enables her to experience color, she responds to these encounters with people, things, emotions, and spaces by understanding the particular shade of experience that a person dwells in.

Why, Why, Why with host Gail Kraft

Why, Why, Why with host Gail Kraft

    Episode 162

Lately I have been asking questions and getting more and
more curious about life and my choices. In this short episode of The Empowering Process Podcast I talk about the question why asked a dozen or more times from the four year old you who stopped.

What I have discovered is that when I disconnect from a belief I have and ask why this is true. What if it’s not? What would happen if something different were true? And more, I become more aware of potentiality that was hidden from me before.

Curiosity opens doors I never even knew were there.
