Jeff is a former collegiate athlete who in his 34 years of being an educator had many opportunities to transition. Dr. Springer speaks about his time as an athlete as well and what drove him to continue to make an impact in the world by obtaining his doctorate degree in addition to starting up and developing non-profits. Dr. Springer is passionate about the concept of bringing "play" into everyday life and gives listeners some excellent tenants to hold onto as they begin to transition into life after sports.
