Well, today we’re talking about making plans and what might happen when those plans go differently than we had expected. My guest today has navigated change with grace and surprising optimism. She inspires ME and reminds me that despite my best efforts at planning, God has the BEST plan for my life, and so if I focus more on seeking HIS plan, and hold my own plans more loosely, the outcome will be more amazing than I could have hoped or dreamed! And I have certainly seen THAT be true multiple times in my life! My guest today is Annie Weber. As a young newlywed wife to a military man serving in the reserves, she had no idea that God had a pretty big Divine Detour for her family… and it would be well, astounding! Annie Weber like many of us, wasn’t always a believer. While she attended church and knew a lot about faith, it wasn’t until God and the Holy Spirit really captured her heart where her life really began to change. Today, Annie is an author and is known for her bold and uncompromising approach to sharing God's Word by using her bold and fiesty spirt to share the scriptures in a relatable way, carefully peeling back the layers to reveal some Astounding Truths that so many people miss when they read the Bible. Annie is keenly aware of how the Truth of Scripture led her to put her faith in Jesus Christ, and by revealing the relatable and captivating truths in the scriptures Annie is helping others to also put their faith in Christ as well! Annie is married to her sweetheart, Bryan, and enjoys being the spunky mom to Lucy, Luke, Lily, & Levi. In addition to her writing, Annie is a wellness enthusiast and adventure seeker. She also enjoys beach time, photography, snorkeling, hosting parties, making people laugh, and exercising her social skills. Ok, ready or not, buckle up - let’s dive into this Divine Detour.
