Kerwin Guillermo - Leadership Journey Towards Your Why Leadership Is Changing

Whether it is about M&As or spin-offs, start-ups or site closures, outsourcing or setting up shared services, shifts in philosophy or technology – Kerwin has led multiple HR functions in fulfilment of change aspirations.
Since 2015 as the global head of mobility of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Kerwin has led the program through multiple corporate, organization and business transitions (multiple acquisitions, divestitures and even setting up multiple companies’ mobility program). By 2018, as manifestation of the positive contributions delivered to the practice of mobility, Hewlett Packard Enterprise garnered 15 FEM-EMMA awards + Kerwin was elected into the Board of Directors for Worldwide ERC effective 2018.
He performed a variety of roles across diverse environments ranging from local to regional to global. In the delivery of his accomplishments, Kerwin showed consistency in being able to set expectations, hold people accountable to commitments. Moreover, the brand that he is best known for is his pursuit of relevance through purposeful engagement, innovation and execution at a pace faster than market.
