In our line of work, most of us face a hard decision point when we choose our next gig.
There are three major pathways to choose from. Getting a job in the classic sense of the word, joining an agency or be brave and dive into the somewhat lonely world of a freelancer.

Both the agency and the lone wolf lifestyle have their positives and their downsides.
