MYTH #5: Coconut water is better than sports drinks
MYTH #6: Sports drinks are the only way to get electrolytes
MYTH #7: There is one diet/way of eating that will boost your performance
MYTH #8: You need to drink 8 cups of water per day
MYTH #9: A large serving of protein will improve my muscle recovery after training and competition
