Great podcast for all endurance athletes

As a runner very interested in nutrition, this podcast is so fun to listen to! I love that Sarah and Marita provide realistic recommendations rooted in real life for real people, and that they focus on fueling well while still eating intuitively. This podcast is a rare gem in the fitness and nutrition space in all the best ways!
