CollegeRunner ,

So informative and helpful!

This podcast has done wonders for my running!! I have struggled in the past with finding the right ways to fuel my body pre and post running (especially in regards to under fueling/eating due to fears of gaining weight) and this show has really changed the way I approach eating, which has, in turn, improved my running!

Audio quality

I really love this Podcast so much. But there are at least three episodes where the quality of the audio is so low I can barely hear. But it is only the lady from Texas that has the audio issue. It’s the two triathlon episodes and the supplement epsode in particular. The other host I can hear her loud and clear, but the lady from Texas I have to turn the volume all the way up and I can still barely hear her. It is very frustrating. I think it’s important to play them back to yourselves before publishing them.

Relatable and Informative!

I really enjoy listening to this podcast. I look forward to new episodes. I’m a mom and long distance runner, so I find the hosts relatable. I appreciate the casual, conversational style. They also know their stuff, and provide great info!
