Your podcast with Lewis
I’ve been a faithful listener of your podcast from the day I saw you on the breakfast club. This episode really hit home for me as I’m currently going through a very rough divorce. I’ve been with my partner for 9 years and married 7. Every single detail and example you both explained feels like it was directed toward me. From getting married too soon bc I truly believe we were a trauma couple going from one relationship to another without healing ourselves first and losing our individuality. Codependency and just being around each other every single day. This in turn has made me truly question any other relationships that I might desire to have after this divorce is final. I believe Lewis is so right about starting therapy at the beginning stages which is something we never did. I needed this podcast. So I just wanted to say thank you. All the best.
Well, I came here to thank you for the great podcast and motivation. Now I just need to say “ditto”. Western medicine is phenomenal for a cute crisis healthcare, not staying/returning to healthy. Starting to listen to both of your books
Thank you Jay for the continued perspective and brilliance you share each week. I’ve shared and spoken with so many people about your book, Daily Jay on Calm, and podcast. I love it all and it grounds me so much between work, competing as an equestrian, and living my life with my partner ❤️. Keep going!!!
