Thank you infinitely 🤍

Jay, thank you so much for this gift you have given the world. Sharing your own truth on this podcast has had such a positive ripple effect in my life in ways I can’t begin to explain. It’s my Monday & Friday ritual to listen to On Purpose and each week and I continue to learn & grow exponentially. I’ve begun to notice that your core lessons in life weave themselves into different episodes which as a yoga teacher myself, made an aha moment click. Sometimes as teachers, we may feel redundant with our words, but that allows a lesson to be more clearly understood over time by the giver & the receiver and also received in ways of which we need it each time. How beautiful is that?!

I am so grateful to have you as what feels like a mentor and want you to know that the wisdom you share is metabolized by me & often shared with my students because of how powerful I believe it to be.

My favorite lesson from this week’s solo episode is how peace & balance are ideas, concepts on a spectrum, that we move closer and closer to with more of the little steps than the big ones.

Thank you x a million for your footprint in this world, and the countless aha moments so far & to come 🤍
