What Alcohol does to your body

Wow! Just wow! I will be 4 years sober on March 30th. What I heard today was a beautiful and loving way to look at how alcohol affected my body. I will also be 5 years cancer free in August, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019. No family history at all. Thank you Mel for sharing all the ways that not having alcohol in my life is making my life better!
