This is literally the best podcast. I’ve listened to whenever I’m feeling down or having a bad day, this is my first resort. I always feel 100 times better after listening to Mel Robbins. I am currently going through a break up and I lost a lot of my confidence, but I can always turn to this podcast to boost it back up.
