Description:  As the daughter of an incredible, glass ceiling breaking mother, Catherine Balsam-Schwaber knew she wanted to follow in her mother's footsteps, helping people and focusing on health and wellness.  Although her career path took an unexpected yet successful turn into politics, marketing and entertainment, she found herself still longing to find a way to help people.  A misdiagnosis in her 50’s led her to her calling.  Recognizing there was a lack of information and support for perimenopausal women, Catherine dove head first into developing Kindra, an innovative self-care company for women in menopause.   Catherine is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a track record of delivering exceptional results in high-pressure environments. She has extensive business transformation experience in complex multi-platform products, global marketing, brand development, creative leadership, content creation, revenue growth, communications, and eCommerce. Catherine is a lifetime advocate for women’s life.  She launched Kindra to break down the stigma surrounding menopause care and empower women.
