I know I have been sharing that I have been doing personal training but obviously, that is not just the entirety of my workout routine. I also want to talk a little bit about how honestly for the past year and a half, two years, since I moved out, I have been in a little bit of a workout rut and I feel that I am finally getting out of it. I would love to share my experiences on that, for anyone else feeling the same way.
