This Podcast is so so helpful!! I literally love all the advice Lani gives out and her words, experiences, lifestyle, etc, really motivate me to get my life together and focus on my self. That includes, self-love and self-care. She has made me realized that we can be happy with life overall if we are happy with ourselves because that’s what’s most important, that we take care of ourselves and do that in a way that we enjoy it. We don’t have to literally “copy” the things other people do to take care of themselves because self-care comes in different forms for everyone. I’m learning so much out of it and I just literally LOVE LOVE LOVE this Podcast so much and I’m so glad I came across it, thank you for this LANI!!! <33
