Do you grab a protein shake as you run out the door? Have you been trying to stop skipping breakfast and so you reach for that quick and easy option? 
Often I am asked what brands of protein powders and bars are healthier options. I decided to do an episode on this topic so be sure to grab a notepad and pen as I will be mentioning the brands I have tried. There are so many products out there and I haven't tried them all of course but these are my top picks for right now that are a bit more reasonable in price. 
Trying to be healthier doesn't mean perfection.  Being healthier means consistent progress towards a healthier lifestyle. Ideally you want to reach for whole food based bars/powders and to be able to recognize the ingredients as being whole food.
