This week I spoke with Merlin Sheldrake! Merlin is a biologist and author of Entangled Life: How Fungi Make Our Worlds, Change Our Minds and Shape Our Futures. He has a background in plant sciences, microbiology, ecology, and the history and philosophy of science.
In this podcast we discuss the incredible world fungi. Merlin helps us understand how much of of world around us is due to the power of change these organisms can affect and the fundamental role they play in creation and destruction. Fungi can even be used to solve some of the ecological challenges we face, if utilised correctly. They demonstrate to us how really interconnected we all are. Could learning about this underground often invisible world help us create a more interconnected and harmonious world? Listen and let us know know what you think!
