I was so happy when I found out co-host John was going to start this podcast. Co-host Dr. Felton brings her expertise to explore practical ways of working on issues that all of us may face regarding our mental health. John has the fun talent of being able to relate a particular movie to whatever topic or scenario is being discussed. (I am not sure if that was intended all along). John and Dr. Felton have a great chemistry and makes you feel that you're in the company of wise friends discussing aspects of life you may not feel comfortable discussing with anyone else. I have enjoyed and related to each episode. Keep 'em coming :)
