Today on Faith Friday and as the last day of the Healthy Movement Challenge, we are asking ourselves the hard question of are we honoring God through how we treat our bodies?


 


What does God say in His word about how we care for ourselves? We are going to address 2 main questions that you may want to sit with and pray about for a few minutes after listening.


 


This is a little bit of tough love coming your way but there is also a healthy dose of grace. Get comfy with your bible and a journal as you let God speak to your heart about your health.
