Let's keep food changes simple friend! We are talking about 6 sustainable lifestyle shifts that all begin in the kitchen. Some lifestyle shifts and changes are outside of the kitchen and the foods we eat. But today, it's all about the food you are eating (or not eating) and how you can help yourself feel better by making some simple lifestyle shifts starting TODAY!
I share 6 action steps we can begin today, right now, to feel better and change our mindset around ourselves and the food we choose to eat.
If you indulged over the holiday weekend (it was Labor Day here in the US) no worries. You can get right back on track with no shame, guilt or judgement to yourself AND no starvation.
