In the second episode of the ‘Wholesome Vibes’ podcast, I wanted to talk about how I deal with the bad days. The days that can take you down and under. The days that change your positive mood to a negative one. The days that really take a lot out of you.
I recorded this podcast after having one of those days —where I woke up feeling fine and ready to conquer my tasks, only to find my energy completely depleted. I felt sad. I felt low. I felt like everything was wrong. And I didn’t know why. So, I did what I usually do on a day like this and I wanted to share it with you.
