219. Calling in Your Soul Sisters {Intuitive Flow w/ Amy Natalie‪}‬ Feminine Frequency Podcast

    • Self-Improvement

In today’s episode, I explore how to cultivate and call in deeper connections with women. Growing up, I experienced deep sisterhood wounds. I felt left out, judged, and generally didn’t fit in with the other girls at school. It wasn’t until after my divorce that I realized if I really wanted to have genuine female friendships, then I had to become the most authentic version of myself.

I started to lead with vulnerability and put myself into sacred spaces with other like-minded women, which has resulted in incredibly healing and nourishing friendships.

It takes a lot of courage and inner work to get yourself into those environments, but I share some tools that have helped me meet more aligned women. I dive into how to overcome the fear that many of us face before attending events and programs, and ways to interact with people that aren’t centered around alcohol. Friendships require you to show up and engage fully, and they also take time to fully blossom. Listen to today’s episode to hear my reflections on planting those seeds of friendship and helping them grow.
