23. Stress and How it’s Messing Up Your Goals Health Unscripted

When we think of stress, we think of our looming to-do lists, finances, deadlines, and maybe right now we’re stressed about the holidays coming up! What we don’t think about, are the other ways we are stressing our body out and how all of this stress compounds on itself and wreaks havoc! 


In this week’s episode, I dive into the different types of stress we experience, how it affects the body, and how to manage these stressors. 


It’s important to balance these stressors and control what we can so that we do not stay in a chronically stressed state!
