Second - this week I made a spontaneous episode about my journey to gain weight because I stepped on the scale Wednesday morning and finally hit my goal weight of 135! This is or was my goal weight because I had previously been at this weight before I lost 8.5lbs while in a very toxic relationship. It has since taken me 1.5 years to gain it back and it has been one of the hardest things I've ever done, for many reasons.

This is part one of how your hormones aren't the one you should be blaming for your inability to lose weight. Instead, you should be blaming your habits and lifestyle choices because these are what are causing your hormones to be in disarray.

24. Semaglutide - Is It Worth the Hype?
First of all, I don't know why I started this off calling it "Semaglitude" - oops!
Semaglutide (brand names are Ozempic, Rybelsus, and Wegovy) is the newest weight loss hot product on the market.
Hundreds are flocking to their doctors or clinics, trying to get a prescription for this diabetic medication for its weight loss effects.
But does it actually work and will it work long term? - This is what I will go over in today’s podcast!
While medications can be a great adjunct therapy for those in more extreme cases, is it the best for others and is the price worth it?

23. Stress and How it’s Messing Up Your Goals
When we think of stress, we think of our looming to-do lists, finances, deadlines, and maybe right now we’re stressed about the holidays coming up! What we don’t think about, are the other ways we are stressing our body out and how all of this stress compounds on itself and wreaks havoc!
In this week’s episode, I dive into the different types of stress we experience, how it affects the body, and how to manage these stressors.
It’s important to balance these stressors and control what we can so that we do not stay in a chronically stressed state!
