Autoimmune means "immunity against self". So basically, your body is identifying some healthy part of your body as foreign or an invader and it begins to attack it to destroy it.
There are 3 Stages to Autoimmune Disease and Conventional medicine usually only addresses Autoimmune when it is in it’s latter stage. Often when it’s “too late”. When we can only manage the symptoms.
But we don't need to have a diagnosis to begin changing the way we eat, think and live. We are our own best advocate for our health. Don't wait for that Dr appointment. Make changes now to improve your eating, sleeping, moving and living the way God intended us to.
