DeeDee Merritt is the director of leadership development at the NCAA. At the national office, Merritt administers the NCAA Pathway Program, the Champion Forum for Football and Basketball, the new Lessons in Management program, the McLendon Summit, the Dr. Charles Whitcomb Leadership Institute, Leadership Academy Workshop, and DiSC behavioral assessments. Prior to the NCAA, she spent 15 years as an administrator at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she oversaw a plethora of programs and projects.
