Our first guest is Jessica Kapusta, an entrepreneur who's putting her experience with celiac disease to good use by developing delicious gluten-free sauces. John + Jane's Sauces: Pow Pow Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup mayo 1 tbsp hot sauce, chili oil, or red pepper flakes. Adjust quantity for heat preference 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce 2 tsp maple syrup (can substitute honey, another sweetener, or leave out to make sugar-free) Step 1 and done: whisk all the ingredients together!
