We've all been there. You take 30 to 60 minutes out of your day to listen to an interview in hopes of hearing something you've not heard before; something that will truly impact you and your career. The interview ends and that's all you've heard is one more story about how someone got started in their career or climbed the corporate ladder. Important? Yes. Impactful? Not always.

What differentiates the 3Q podcast from all others is that it will never take more than 15 minutes of your time and every guest will be asked to respond to the same three questions.
