#4 How to prioritise yourself‪!‬ Wholesome Vibes by Ruby Dhal

In the fourth episode of the Wholesome Vibes Podcast, I talk about how to prioritise yourself, and do what’s best for your heart, mind and soul.
Everything that I talk about, all the tips and tools that I give, all the advice that I give, is all based on my personal experiences. I wasted years of my adolescence and early 20s making excuses for prioritising what other people wanted, wished for, what they needed and what would make them happy over what I wanted, wished for, needed and what would make me happy.
This led to so much mental and emotional suffering on my part that I can't even stress it enough, and it also caused the eventual collapse of those friendships/relationships anyway because they were based on a one-sided prioritising that didn’t take into consideration my wellbeing and my needs.
For this reason —I wanted to record this week’s episode on how to prioritise yourself so that you don’t make the mistakes that I did. I really hope this episode equips you with the various tools that will help improve your life, and it encourages you to manifest happiness. You’ve got this.
