Meet Dr. Millie Mohan is a physician & holistic wellness coach helping burnt-out women beat exhaustion, stress eating, anxiety and weight gain. Having healed from her own health crisis through the power of lifestyle and nutrition, she embarked on a mission to empower women to heal from within and get in the driver’s seat of their health for good.
