52. What is Simple Weight Loss? (Bonus Replay‪)‬ Lose Weight and Make Money

The idea of simple weight loss is what allowed me to keep going until I hit my goal. When I let weight loss be something I could continue working on every day without resistance or willpower, I finally got to my goal and have easily maintained it since.
