Mary Agbesanwa is passionate about how technology is transforming and democratising the financial services industry and supporting millennials to achieve their full potential. 

Mary spent several years working as a strategy and operations Management Consultant. Now she works at a B2B fintech leading sales. She also runs a female millennial entrepreneurial community and business called the 'Now You’re Talking Network' which has over 850 members and aims to help women earn more and be more confident. The network runs regular events and workshops for their community of women and staff at over a dozen leading companies including PwC, WeWork, Multiverse, Henley Business School and British Land. Outside of work, Mary blogs on her Medium blog 'A Millennial's Diary' about careers and personal development for millennials and is also a trustee for Girlguiding, the UK’s largest charity for women as well as Learning Facilitator for Imperial College Business School’s Fintech Programme.

Her recent accolades include being Brummell 30 Inspirational Women in the City list 2022, Shortlisted for Black Tech Achievement Awards 'Fintech Professional of the Year 2022', MCA Young Consultant of the Year Finalist 2021, Innovate Finance Women in Fintech Powerlist 2020, McKinsey Next Generation Women Leader 2020 and No.1 on EMpower and Yahoo Finance’s Future Leader List 2020.
