62. Kim Wright, Owner of West Coast Softball Academy in Vancouver & International Softball Coach Transcending Sport - Rob Crews

International Coach Kim Wright joins Rob Crews to discuss her journey as an international softball coach and academy owner. Kim has spent time in Venezuela and Greece as Head and asssistant coach, as well as head coach in the Italian Pro League. Kim talks about the development and recruiting process for young Canadian players to Amercian colleges and universities.
Kim aslo talk about how culture in other countries plays a major role in how players prioritize and subsequently "LOVE" the game of softball.  The role of technolgy and how it is transforming her as a coach.
