Hi friends! Today, we're talking about kids! A lot of my clients who are also parents ask me, how can we actually raise kids to be intuitive eaters?

A lot of people stumble into intuitive eating after a period of dieting. But if a child has yet to be corrupted by diet culture, how do you encourage a healthy relationship with food?If you just look into the intuitive eating book, it is written for adults. So we can't just copy and paste all of the approaches for intuitive eating that is made for adults into how you are raising your kids. 

So what do you do? Today I brought on nutrition, expert, nutrition PhD, dietitian, and mother of three, Dr. Taylor Arnold. We are going to be answering all of those questions that I'm sure many of you have had, like:


How does intuitive eating not create free-for-all, boundary-less eating for kids?
What do you do if you find your kids solely gravitating towards foods like ice cream.
How do you teach kids about nutrition without ending of demonizing food like diet culture would?
Are there appropriate times to set boundaries with food without it being "restrictive"?
