Carla Gericke is an author, activist, and attorney. She was born and raised in South Africa during apartheid and began practicing law in her home country. Carla then won the "green card lottery" and immigrated to the United States, where she practiced law in Silicon Valley. Carla eventually left the corporate world and moved to New Hampshire to become part of the Free State Project, becoming the president of FSP in 2011.
