Dr. Juliette Nelson is an educator, entrepreneur, and published author who is passionate about empowering people to achieve the highest standards of their purpose. As a practitioner in industrial-organizational psychology, with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, she works to implement solutions that foster a safe workplace for individuals at all levels of groups and organizations.

She is the Founder and CEO of JUNURI, a company that equips students, professionals, and business owners, with the tools and resources to be successful in the different areas of their lives. JUNURI is also the parent of JUNURI Publishing, which focuses on bringing a writer’s vision to life on paper, as well as NURILENS, a wooden eyewear collection with blue-light blocking solutions in each pair that celebrates individuality, self-expression, and each person’s calling to be impactful all in a pair of frames. She is also the Co-Founder & Chief Business Development Officer of Vwazen, a learning management system that works to meet the language learning needs of Haitian Creole speakers and learners.

In her book Sharing My Lens: The College Experience, she shares some of the gems she wish she knew that prove to be valuable in achieving an engaging academic experience throughout college. Given her experiences, she is intentional about being an agent of motivation, inspiration, and encouragement to the world around her.
