94. Neurodivergence and productivity hacking with Avory Faucette Lit AF Relationships

    • Self-Improvement

This week I’m joined by neurodivergent coach Avory Faucette. Avory’s preferred pronouns are zie/hir. Avory shares about living with ADHD, queer magic, and coping with chronic fatigue. We discuss hir relationship with productivity coming from a background working in nonprofits and social justice. Zie shares about the importance of prioritizing your own needs and your own selfcare participularly in these fields. Avory is no stranger to labels and diagnosis and helps us understand how to cope with them and find community for support. We finish with some much needed productivity coaching. It was such a fun conversation and I love the energy zie brought to the convo.
