Questions from God: Awe of the Lord
To fear God means to be in awe of Him, to respect and to revere Him. The Bible has many examples of feeling in awe of God--Moses was in awe of God and His power when he parted the Red Sea to bring the Israelites out of captivity in Egypt. Similarly, the disciples were in awe of Jesus when He commanded a raging storm to be still. Where do we feel awe in our lives?
Join Neil Strickland, a member of our teaching team, as he breaks down the awe we feel when we come to know Christ as our Lord and Savior. -
Questions From God: Introduction
Imagine embarking on a hiking adventure with your “Trail Family”—a community bonded by life's shared journey on the trail. As day turns into night, your community gathers around the fire with a new companion: Jesus. Over the next three nights He's here to encourage, offering wisdom, and to ask soul-searching questions for a deeper understanding of life and mission.
In true rabbinical fashion, Jesus asks us just the right questions to move us to deeper reflection and life-changing action. What questions might He have for your group?
Join Jeff Lakin as he kicks off our next sermon series, Questions From God. -
Baptism Sermon
This week, seven students sealed their commitment to Christ through baptism! Kayla Willis, our Director of College Life and Discipleship, breaks down the beauty and mystery of baptism in the context of the Gospel, and the students and their sponsors share about how the Lord has paved the way to the day of their baptism. Jeff Lakin, one of our Elders and a member of the teaching team, leads the students and congregation in our baptism liturgy for the affirmation of faith.

Fully Alive: Jesus is Fully Alive
Christ is risen, indeed! Because of Jesus' resurrection from the dead, we find ourselves fully alive by encountering Him. The faith of a true Christian is built not on a rumor about a risen Savior, but by spiritually encountering Him who died for your sins.
Join Josh Yerton, our Founding Pastor, as he reminds the church on this Easter Sunday that the only reason we are not dead in our sin is because the tomb is empty, and Jesus is FULLY ALIVE. -
Fully Alive: Do You Know You Are Filled with the Spirit?
Do you know that you are filled with the Spirit? Are you ASKing, SEEKing, and KNOCKing when it comes to the power of the Holy Spirit?
Join Mike Massey as he continues our Fully Alive sermon series while diving into scripture that describes and demonstrates the movement and power of the Holy Spirit. -
Fully Alive: Cut to the Heart by the Gospel
The reality of Jesus' death and resurrection cuts believers to the heart, but Scripture provides us with the exact response to His sacrifice: repentance, baptism, and receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit. We grow closer to fullness of life in Christ by continually fostering our walk with the Lord through teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer.
Join Jeff Lakin, one of Restoration's elders and a member of our teaching team, as he breaks down Acts 2 and explains what it truly means to be fully alive in Christ.
