Rebecca and Kathryn talk about her IVF battle and her beautiful blended family and Kathryn also gets frank about women's health and the importance of staying fit and healthy well into our old age. Kathryn runs Pure Results and says the fitness retreats she runs are similar to a movement, and she cannot encourage women enough to get out and move and stay connected to their bodies.
