THE BELIEVER’S MENTAL HEALTH.
As believers living in a society where it’s popular and somewhat ‘cool’ to have mental health issues, it’s easy to sometimes forget the authority we have over our minds. It’s easy to succumb to the what’s popular and begin to claim what’s not ours. At the same time, there is a necessity to strike balance in our lives by actually taking care of our selves and prioritizing our health; mental, physical and spiritual.
