JP catches up with his former Michigan player, Mikie Schlosser, who is now tearing it up with the MLL champion Denver Outlaws. Dylan discusses his path from college club player to Division I head coach and the lessons learned at each stop along the way. He and JP also dive into the challenges of building a new program, and his thoughts on recruiting, prospect days and multi-sport athletes.

In this episode JP sits down with Pat Myers, the new head coach at Lafayette University. They discuss lessons learned over a career as an assistant at Cornell, Bucknell, North Carolina and UPenn, and what he'll bring to his new role as a head coach.
