My name is Allison Body, and I'm a domestic abuse survivor. It took me 5 attempts and me dying to leave my abuser finally. I was dead for 33 seconds on April 8th, 2017, but came back a different person, full of purpose. It's now my calling in life to help others overcome their trauma to increase their confidence and self-worth so they can build the life they deserve. I'm fully certified in Health Coaching and Therapeutic Art Life Coaching since 2021 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Wellness in 2018. I’ve successfully coached clients throughout the United States and facilitated their self-growth since 2018.
